 Huh? My birthday falls on a Leo-Virgo cusp.  Can you guys helps me understand this more.  And when I'm looking for horoscopes, which one should I look at?  I always read the Leo horoscope but I don't know if I should read the virgo too... lol.

Your sun sign will be either Leo or Virgo one or the other, not a bit of both. Being on the cusp (i.e. a bit of both) is a bit of an astrology myth.

To find out for sure, if you know your birthtime you can enter that along with your date and place of birth at the home page at www.alabe.com and it will show you your birth chart.

Underneath the chart wheel will be a brief description of what it means. You will not only learn what your Sun sign is, it will also tell you what your Moon sign, Venus sign, Mercury sign etc is as well.

Have fun. Let us know what you get and if it was illuminating...

Mandi is right - you are either one or the other - however, you will get some energy from both.  Check out your other planets too - this will help you get an idea where the balance of power is, so to speak.

Both my children are on the cusp - my daughter is 0 degree Leo, son is 0 degree Aquarius.  She has MANY other planets in Leo, so trust me, there is not much Cancerian influence in that child at all.  The son, on the other hand, has a Mercury in Capricorn and Venus in Aquarius - still Aquarius heavy but the Capricorn lends an earthiness to him that is grounding.

Hi iceclone!

I agree with Mandi and Tarot Lady.  You're either one or the other.  Smiley  I was born on first degree of Pisces, but I have two personal planets in Aquarius.  So I am an early Pisces, but I am heavily influenced by Aqua as well.  Smiley

If you can get your chart, let us know what your other planets are.  I'm curious to see what you have!

I too am a cusp.

My birthday is April 19th, which is assumed to be an Aries. I had done free birth charts and many said 29 degrees Aries, until the other day it read 00 degrees Taurus! What? How did this change? I do feel that there are parts of both in my personality - in a bad mood you will find me throwing tantrums, acting stubborn, saying something I really shouldn't. However, I think I'm more excitable and enthusiastic than the "slow-moving bull". Though, my Mercury is in Aries so that may explain the directness and lack of subtlety.
I did notice that while Aries are supposed to be fiery tempered and courageous, I'm much more of a afraid of heights and danger kind of girl.  Argh it's just so odd for me to land right smack in the middle!

Yeah you will be iether a virgo or a leo, but the attributes can blled through. My mother is 0Deg Leo and born just before noon, Good place for a single parent to be, I suppose LOL.   She DOES show both traits.  IS possible on a cusping birth to have planets on one side of the sign or the other pulling your traits more towards either leo or Virgo. 


I Have found that when I look at sunscopes, dailies and such, that those predicted influences really don't apply until the following day.   

sweetD,  What is happening in your case is that your are so cuspish that an exact time of birth is needed AND location.  If oune reading is using GMT/UTC Greenwaich Mean Time and the other is using your local time, then there will be the sorce o the variation. 

Likewise, rember that it is very possible to have more than one "Self" show through. If you have more than one sign occupying your first house,(or any house for that matter)  then there will be those same "personality" swings you mentioned
