I have had only one experience that I suspect was Ghostly.
I have two friends Oleg and Galenina , they immigrated to the United States and live in a small seaport town called Bucksport in Maine. I was visiting them and they told me about a local legend. The towns founder , Captain Jonathan Buck apparently had his mistress hung for witchcraft. The legend is that her last words were something to the effect “I’ll put my foot on your grave Jonathan Buck for all eternity”.
After Captain Buck died he was buried with a huge Grave stone monument. The day the monument was placed on his grave the image of a woman’s foot appeared on the Stone. It has been sandblasted and scrubbed but the foot continues to reappear.
Well me being me I just had to stroll over to the Grave site which is a bit of a tourist thing. As I approached the grave I saw a woman standing there she looked at me smiled and walked behind the large grave stone. I checked out the foot on the grave and strolled around to the backside of the grave stone and the woman was nowhere to be seen. There was no way she could have strolled off without me seeing her. She had just flat out disappeared. It was uncanny and truthfully scared me a bit.
