That's interesting Jellyrofl... and in my case I find this to be very true, so I will have to look up the book you referred. Thank you! I have recently been sleeping in a lazyboy chair because our king size bed is not big enough for my husband. Ever since I started sleeping on my back in the chair... I began dreaming vividly and regular again. Will have to do some research!

Ambien is overly prescribed. It is an easy script to justify and ensures repeat visits to the doctor's office.

Try putting some charoite, rose quartz, larimar, or lapis lazuli under your pillow...or amethyst. Or you could use your intuition/pick a crystal. Those usually always work for me. Although I recently slept with amazonite under my pillow and had nightmares. :/
