Many moods of a Cancer-Sun/Aries-Moon/Virgo-Asc :)

When I was in my mid-teens I used to dream about end of the world type of dreams, where the remaining survivors have to meet up somewhere in the mountains or something. But before I could even begin to head there, I had to search for family member so we can all go together.

Earlier this year around April or May, I started to have those dreams again. Not often. But then again, I haven't been remembering my dreams.

Does anyone know what it could mean? Thanks

I am no expert on end of the world dreams, but I have had many of them myself.  Usually though my real family isn't in them--sometimes I have a different one or sometimes I bond with other half-families (families that are missing some of the original members)  But I have had a lot of spiritual quests in my life, and I tend to see them in that light, my world or worldview is changing.  I have also had end of the world dreams so vivid that when I woke I was truly grateful to be alive!

Also, I don't know if this is true for anyone else, but growing up I really loved school.  Certainly not the cliquey groups that bullied me, but I have always loved classes and schooling.  Consequently to this day I get a little sad when spring comes, because it still resonates as an "ending," the ending of the school year, and I love fall because it feels like the beginning of a new year!  Take what you will from that.

Is there any chance you are thinking of doing something that you believe your family won't approve of. If your very close to them, disappointing them might seem like the end of the world to you. Most families are surprisingly resilient, and though I can't say for sure whether yours is or not. The odds are definitely in your favor. Short of that, I'm not sure. Might be a good time to think about writing a novel!

Bamboo Moon, I LOVE that interp - "worldview changing".

I had end of the world dreams when I was younger and was going through major life changes.  Interesting....I never put two and two together.

Thank you for the replies Bamboo Moon, Bulal and Theresa.

Bamboo Moon ~ I also enjoyed classes and school growing up. I just love learning, in general. I remember sometimes opting to spend my lunch hour in the library to get some reading done that weren't a part of the school's reading list. lol. I have also woken up from these end of world dreams, not only thankful to be alive, but still frazzled from the stress of gathering everyone together and worrying I may not find everyone.

Bulal ~ I think you nailed it. In my mid-teens, I worked hard in school so I'd be accepted and attend the university I wanted to go to which I knew my parents would not approve of. I am now again going through major life changes, requiring decisions that may not be easily accepted by family.
