I have had a BAD time here lately. My best friend/partner in business just passed away due to a stroke. I will have to shut the business down and I am looking for a job in a very depressed economical area. Not just me, but all the people that are working for me. At this time, unless a financial miracle occurs. I will be closing our business on Jan 5. I ask all of you for positive thinking for us! I really do thank you! :'(

I'm sorry to hear that mysticlady, my positive thoughts are with you. I've got a busy day today. Cookies to make and package up to send to my son for Christmas(he should get them Thursday with Priority Mail), then delivering some Christmas baskets to one of my clients and a few of his neighbors(that the Lion's Club furnishes). Then hopefully a nap as I'll be staying up all night to celebrate Solstice and greet the dawn tomorrow at 8:12 am! |

I'm working on more last minute stuff. I have to finish wrapping gifts, then do a little cleaning (again!), and pack. We're leaving for a few days... I'm glad that this will be our last trip for a while. The last two months have been busy. I'm looking forward to some downtime after the holidays!

Thanks Bulal. He is 94 and very frail. He had some issues the other day that I won't get into here out of respect for his privacy - and there are some emotional things that are also weighing him down. He almost died a few months ago but miraculously rebounded. At his age, there is no telling what direction it will go from one day to the next....

I lost my mother last year....still hurts. There is nothing comforting in words, you nod and go on, left to yourself. I will light a casndle for you. I wish honestly I could do more....words are so cheap at this moment, just know, my heart is with yours..... |
